Delivery options
- Australia Post Standard: available Australia-wide. The cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout from your postcode.
- Australia Post Express: next business day within the Express Post network. The cost is calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping: on orders of A$400 or more.
- Local pickup (Canberra): free for ACT addresses. Once your order is processed, the pickup address is included in your order confirmation email.
Dispatch

Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us with your order number and photos of any damage, and we will make it right.
