Faulty or not as described
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or significantly different from its description, contact us with your order number and photos. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as set out under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
Please contact us before returning an item for a change of mind. Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Handmade variation
Our pieces are handcrafted, so small variations in colour, floral placement and finish are part of their character and are not considered faults.
